Stephen Lam

Stephen has over 20 years of professional experience in training and development, specializing in strategic planning, service and leadership training.  He is the director of Tiptop in China, and is well-recognized for his achievements in raising service quality standards in the region.  He has worked with clients in many regions, such as Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan and Macau. He was also awarded as 品牌中國頒發的“2008品牌中國(諮詢行業)十大年度人物”.

  • Before joining Tiptop, he was Human Resources Development Director at Cathay Pacific and Human Resources Director at Tiger Enterprises (Giordano China). 
  • Apart from training, he also conducts in-house and public seminars frequently.  His public seminars in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore are always popular and received positive feedback.
