Johnny has over 10 years of professional experience in training and development, specializing in service training and field coaching. He has worked with clients in many regions, such as Hong Kong and China.

  • He has designed and conducted many service training, personal development and field coaching programmes for many organizations.
  • In HK, his clients include Sun Hung Kai Properties, Hong Yip Service, HSBC Insurance, AIA Insurance, Dao Heng Bank, Sheraton Hotel, Excelsior Hotel, Hongkong Post, Transport Department, Immigration Department, Kowloon Motor Bus, Reliance Motors, Broadway Cinema, Just Gold, Timberland, San Miguel, Watson’s Water, Ocean Park, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.
  • In China, his clients include Guangzhou Centaline Property, Seiko Instruments, Hwa Kay Thai (China) Ltd. and other specialty retail stores.
