Grace has over 15 years of professional experience in training and development, specializing in service training, retail sales and general management. Her training is well recognized with her energetic and dynamic approach. She has worked with clients in many regions, such as Hong Kong, China, Macau and Singapore.
Grace is experienced in the following areas:
- She has designed and conducted many service training, management development and field coaching programmes for many organizations.
- In Hong Kong & Macau, her clients include Sun Hung Kai Properties, Sino Group, Bank of China (Macau), Nanyang Commercial Bank, HSBC Insurance, Leisure and Cultural Services Department (Indoor Sports Centre and Library Service), The Kowloon Motor Bus, Swire Resources, Dairy Farm Group (Mannings, 7-Eleven), Milan Station, Sheraton Hong Kong, Venetian Macau, Tao Heung Holdings, New Star Catering Group, Foo Lum Group, Tsui Wah Restaurants, General Mills (Haagen Dazs), L’Oreal Group, etc.
- In Singapore, her clients include Boon Tong Kee Chicken Rice Restaurant, Singapore Telecommunications, Singapore Turf Club, Singapore Post, TianPo Jewellery, etc.
- She also conducts seminars in service excellence, both in-house and public. She conducted very successful seminars for mall tenants of Sun Hung Kai Properties, and SME Market Day for Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
- She also designs and conducts cultural events for different companies to further align corporate service vision. Some examples are cultural events for Swire Resources, Milan Station, Staccato, Bayer Schering Pharma and General Mills (Haagen Dazs).
