  • Before joining Tiptop, she was Trainer at Tiger Enterprises (Giordano China). She also worked with Pizza Hut and 廣州信高鞋服有限公司 as Human Resources Development Manager.
  • She was successfully helped different companies to build service culture by establishing human resources systems in recruitment, appraisal, promotion, remuneration and motivation.
