Tiptop is strongly structured into 5 functional teams to provide a full range of training and consulting services to its clients.

Our consulting team (a total of 10 consultants) has extensive experience in custom designing and presenting a variety of current customer service and management topics at training workshops, company events, public seminars and business conferences.
Experienced professional researchers and statisticians head our research project team, with expertise in the latest research methodologies and surveying techniques. It manages a roster of 100 well-trained shoppers to conduct mystery shopper surveys. It provides insightful information and recommendations which enable our clients to make sound business decisions.
Our account servicing and business team is dedicated to providing superb service to our clients and to following through each project to successful conclusion.
Our event management team is multi-talented in designing and organizing special events, managing agenda, logistics and flow of activities. Its goal is to help clients deliver an exciting event in a rich atmosphere.
Our administration team produces top quality training materials, in a variety of creative formats, in support of the whole value-added chain of Tiptop.
