Raymond has nearly 20 years of professional experience in training and development, specializing in the design and execution of large scale customer care and management development projects.  He has worked with clients in many regions, such as Hong Kong, China and South East Asia.

Raymond is experienced in the following areas:

  • He has designed and conducted many service training, management development and field coaching programmes for many organizations.
